Event Description

This is an invitation to come over for a movie night to help restore and protect the Gulf of Mexico! Unfortunately, the environment and people of the Gulf continue to be impacted by the BP oil drilling disaster, and they need our attention.
I'm working with the Gulf Restoration Network, the Northwest Arkansas Audubon Society and the Fayetteville Public Library to put on a Defend the Gulf movie screening this year, and I'd love to have you there.
We'll be watching a handful of short videos about the Gulf and then taking action to help the region recover. The videos are great - from beautiful nature shots to unique stories from the Bayou and delving into issues surrounding the oil disaster. It's going to be fun, educational, and inspiring.
