I have been interested in the Homesteading lifestyle for many years.

I like to read, and learn how I can impove my life so my children, and my grandsons will respect Mother Earth, and all she has to offer them.

One day they will realize their 'crazy' (grand)mom was right!

I am just starting a homestead of our own in the suburbs so it may take awhile.  This past March I designed and built a sustainable garden as an educational display at navy Pier.  It was wonderful and attracted a lot of attention.
