The   Institute of International Cooperation and Development or IICD founded in   1997, is a non-profit organization located in Dowagiac, Mi.
 
  At IICD we believe we must stand shoulder to shoulder with those in poverty.   We have decided not to be silent bystanders to what is happening in the world   of today when we can put ourselves in a position to make a change. It is the   obligation of every person to take this situation into their hearts and   hands, making the efforts needed to bring the changes needed so all of our   fellow human beings can live a dignified life with education, good health,   shelter, and a full belly.
 
  We welcome everyone to join forces with us to take part in the efforts and   stand shoulder to shoulder with the poor in Solidary Humanism.
